Enjoy this ready-to-heat Spanish classic created by Chef Alex Bautista of Pacific Bay Eats. We've carefully cooked large shrimps in extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilis to give you that deliciously spiced meaty bite when you heat it up in a pan.
Ingredients: Jumbo Shrimps, olive oil, garlic, shrimp oil, bird's eye chili, salt
Thawing Instructions:
Defrost the package by letting it thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or placing the sealed bag in a bowl of room temperature water. Cook immediately after thawing.
Cooking Instructions:
Heat a frying pan on low heat. Pour the contents of the bag into the pan and warm up the shrimp and garlic-chili infused oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer this to a serving dish, and enjoy it with slices of crusty bread.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until use.
