Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
We deliver to the Metro Manila, Rizal, San Pedro Laguna and Bacoor Cavite.
We also accept orders from other areas in the Philippines, we will confirm shipping rates after your order is placed as the rates vary depending on the area and size or the order.

When will my order be delivered?
We offer same day delivery for orders recieved by 3pm.
All other orders are delivered the following day.
Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday are delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be recieved the following business day.
What time will my order get to me?
We dispatch orders per location throughout the day. Please expect an email and text once your order is on the way.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can! Pick up us free Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 4pm at the Pacific Bay Manila Hub. We will send you an email once your order is ready for pick up.
What are your delivery rates?
Metro Manila
Free for a minimum spend of ₱2,000
₱85 for orders below ₱2,000
Rizal, San Pedro Laguna, Bacoor Cavite
Free for a minimum spend of ₱2,500
₱200 for orders below ₱2,500

What if I’m not satisfied with the products?
Please send us an email or chat (on our site) with our customer service. We try and resolve issues within 24 hours.
Products may be returned or exchanged within this window provided they are still in its original form and packaging.

Can I cancel my order?
Our products are perishable food products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispatched.

We accept COD, major credit cards, G Cash, Paymaya, and online transfers.
What is the Pacific Bay Club?
Pacific Bay Club is our membership program providing volume-based discounts of up to 15% per order.
Spend a total of P20,000 on the site, and maintain 1 purchase per month to be automatically included in the club.
