Air Fryer Salmon Belly - Pacific Bay

INGREDIENTS

500g Salmon Belly Premium Jumbo Cut or Seareyna Salmon Belly
1 tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon minced garlic (approximately 3 cloves)

PROCEDURE

Season the salmon. Pat the salmon belly pieces dry, and drizzle olive oil on them. Season generously with salt, black pepper, and the zest of one lemon. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the fish, then drizzle lemon juice over the salmon.

Preheat the air fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Air fry the salmon. Place the salmon belly in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through, crispy, and golden brown. Serve while it's hot.

Note:
Brush a bit of olive oil over the salmon belly pieces to get it evenly crispy and keep the meat moist
