Always bought our salmon sashimi from the market. Tried this once and we're hooked! Definitely more fresh and very creamy. My wife and I love it! Served chilled and not frozen and the packaging is very nice. The serving size is also enough for us. Will order again and again.

Versatile Pollock

I like Alaskan Pollock because it works well with any fish recipe. It has just the right firmness (firmer than pangasius), flakiness and softness. I have tried substituting pollock for recipes that ask for more expensive cuts of salmon, tuna (sometimes even better), cod, etc. and pollock always works.

Verry taste full mussels,i will buy again. They are offcourse not the same as in Belgium or the Netherlands but they are better than the tropic mussels,thank you Pacific Bay👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is one of my favorite products of Pacific Bay. The Apahap is very tasty, baked with just olive oil, salt and lemon. It is fresh, cleaned, and ready for cooking.
