Thick cuts and tastes as expected of salmon sashimi.

although it is frozen but still look fresh when defrost. Delicious and flavorful.

The meat melts in the mouth. Very succulent and was truthfully graded properly.

Until I started shopping in Pacific Bay, we would only eat halibut in restaurants. We have discovered our love for halibut. Its texture is buttery soft texture and as long as you don't overcook it, any way you cook it, it's delicious. I suggest though that mild flavors / sauces bring out its natural sweetness.
