Ingredients
3 pcs. 2x2 dory fillets
½ cup flour (seasoned with salt and pepper)
1 egg
½ cup parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil for frying

Method
1. Prepare breading station, flour, eggs, parmesan cheese
2. Coat fish fillets
3. Fry dory until golden brown and drain excess oil in paper towels
4. Serve over lemon/lime slices.
