INGREDIENTS
14 pcs. Pacific Bay Jumbo Shrimp
1 pack Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Laksa Spice Paste
6 cloves garlic, sliced
220g coconut milk
170g water
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup dried hibe shrimps, fried
5g fresh cilantro, chopped
3g curry leaves, fried (optional)
PROCEDURE
Sauté Garlic. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic carefully, making sure not to burn or overcook it.
Prepare the Laksa Base. Add the Asian Home Gourmet Singapore Laksa Spice Paste, stir in coconut milk and water, and simmer for 10 minutes to develop the flavors.
Cook the Shrimp. Place the Pacific Bay Jumbo Shrimp in the pan, cook them for 3 to 6 minutes, then remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
Mix Toppings. In a bowl, combine crushed cornflakes, fried hibe, cilantro, and curry leaves, and sprinkle this over the Shrimp Laksa.
Serve. Enjoy the dish with rice or rice noodles for a complete meal.
