100g Pacific Bay Smoked Salmon
Bread, sliced
Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Spread
100g Pacific Bay Smoked Salmon
220g cream cheese
5g fresh dill
PROCEDURE
Prepare the Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, smoked salmon, and dill, and blend all the ingredients until the mixture is well incorporated and smooth.
Toast the Bread. Choose any type of bread you like and toast slices in the oven at a high temperature for about 3 minutes, or until it is crisp.
Assemble the Toast. Spread a generous amount of the smoked salmon cream cheese on each slice of toasted bread. Top each piece with a slice of smoked salmon and garnish it with chopped fresh dill for extra flavor and a touch of elegance.
