Until I started shopping in Pacific Bay, we would only eat halibut in restaurants. We have discovered our love for halibut. Its texture is buttery soft texture and as long as you don't overcook it, any way you cook it, it's delicious. I suggest though that mild flavors / sauces bring out its natural sweetness.

Stir fried with garlic - YUM!!
Contrary to my fears it did not become watery after it’s cooked. Got some peeled shrimps from them yesterday and plan to cook a seafood pasta dish. Was able to portion it into 200gms per pack which is just the right size for me and my sister.
